Our work on the 100 Trillions platform focused on creating an end-to-end experience for collectors:

  • Discover a wide range of rare collectibles on the homepage.
  • Search for specific items and find exclusive, limited-time deals.
  • Easily manage your collection with an intuitive cart: review items, update quantities, apply discounts, and proceed to checkout.
  • Complete purchases through a secure and hassle-free checkout flow with multiple payment options and a clear order review.
  • Navigate the app via an intuitive side menu that gives quick access to profile, settings, order history, and more.
  • Stay updated with daily deals that highlight exclusive offers on rare collectibles.

Main Features

The project addressed several operational and experience-level challenges for the collector market and internal teams:

  • Managing product flow from receiving to sale

    • Challenge: Organizing the entire journey of each product from the moment it enters the company until it becomes available for sale.
    • Solution: A core Receiving Automation feature that manages and organizes around 12 internal steps, ensuring smooth handling, tracking, and preparation of each product.
  • Automating sales, commissions, and follow-ups

    • Challenge: Tracking how each salesman interacts with end users and customers, calculating commissions, and keeping customers engaged.
    • Solution: A Sales Automation feature built around four main steps that automates the sales process, calculates commissions, and shows personalized dashboards with total sales and earned commissions. If a customer becomes inactive or stops interacting with the web store, the system notifies the responsible salesman to follow up and re-engage.
  • Enabling transparent “sell-to-us” operations

    • Challenge: Allowing users to sell their own items, such as banknotes or coins, in a structured and clear way.
    • Solution: A Sell-to-Us feature with a six-step process, allowing the company to review and purchase items efficiently while ensuring transparency in buyback operations.
