The company needed to expand into the GCC region but was not sure how to localize its content properly to Arabic. Our role was to conduct the full localization for the project and adapt it to be suitable for Arabic users. A key part of this work was implementing RTL interfaces as a main feature of the localized experience.
The main challenge was the company’s uncertainty about how to properly localize their content into Arabic while expanding into the GCC market. This created a barrier to making their product usable and relevant for Arabic-speaking users.
We addressed this by performing a dedicated localization process for the project and adapting it specifically for the Arabic language. As part of this solution, we implemented RTL (right-to-left) interfaces as a core feature to ensure the experience aligns with Arabic reading and interaction patterns.
