SmartShop focuses on the e-commerce sector, built as a private project for the company to support specific physical shops transitioning into a more efficient digital experience. The solution is developed using GraphQL, Node, SQL, and React, and is supported by ongoing support & maintenance and server & cloud management. Real-time users monitoring is a key technical feature, enabling the shop owners to track and follow the number of store visitors in real-time
