As part of our work on the Banknote World website, we focused on fixing core bugs and optimizing system performance to ensure stability across all user flows. We introduced new features that align with the product’s core purpose, complementary, not superficial. The result is a smoother, more intuitive experience for both new and returning users, as well as a more efficient workflow for the teams operating behind the scenes.

  • Ordering System – Faster, Smarter Fulfillment:

    We automated the entire ordering and receiving process to reduce friction and save users time. Orders are now processed seamlessly in the background, with less manual input and fewer steps to complete. This not only improves speed and accuracy but also makes the overall experience feel more fluid, especially for returning users managing frequent purchases.

  • Daily Deals – Dynamic, User-Friendly Promotions:

    This feature lets admins create time-limited offers on selected products, backed by real-time insights from the dashboard. Users see these exclusive deals with clear start and end times, making it easy to catch offers as they go live. We designed the flow to feel light and intuitive, giving admins full control and users a smooth, engaging way to discover deals.

  • Order Control & Custom Dashboard:

    To support fair distribution and prevent stock depletion by bulk buyers, admins can set custom order limits per user. This helps align purchasing behavior with business goals. Behind the scenes, a fully customized dashboard gives staff granular control over operations, from setting limits to tracking trends, ensuring every decision is data-informed and operationally efficient.

  • Sell Offer Flow – Secure, Verified Submissions:

    The offering system allows users to submit detailed sell-to-us requests directly through the app. Every offer includes strict input requirements to prevent fraud and ensure clarity from the start. Once submitted, offers are routed to the dashboard for review, where they can either be accepted or renegotiated for a fairer deal. The process is structured, transparent, and built to protect both sides.
